JOIN US TO EXTEND HANDS OF HELP & HOPE
HORS D’OEUVRES AT 5:00 PM, SEATING BY 6:00 PM
RSVP BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH, 2016
Love for Christ and love for human life are the foundation of the Pregnancy Care Centre’s mission. Over the past 32 years the PCC has extended help and hope to women and men in unexpected pregnancies. The PCC exists so that no one in Toronto needs to believe that abortion is their only option. Every year, the PCC hosts a dinner inviting friends to be encouraged by stories of transformed lives, to be challenged by new opportunities for outreach, and to enjoy an evening of food, fellowship, and music.
The PCC invites you to “Giver of Life”: PCC Annual Dinner 2016. The dinner will be held at the elegant Markham Convention Centre. Hear from our speaker Robbie Symons, Pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel Oakville. Enjoy musical performances from our special musical guest, Joy Lapps-Lewis. Hear the stories of women and families whose lives have been transformed. The support of individuals and churches who share our mission is vital to our ability to extend help and hope to more families in the future. Come and hear about what the PCC has been doing in Toronto and how you can help! Read on to learn more about table sponsorship or where to buy tickets.

How Can You Participate?
Step 1: Register Online
Register online to let us know you plan to walk 5 km with our PCC Moms on Saturday, May 7, 2016! Last year, approximately 300 people came out to walk/jog/run with us in the 35C sun. The relay begins 9:00 AM at Spring Garden Church at 112 Spring Garden Ave, Willowdale, ON, M2N 3G3 (near Yonge & Sheppard). Plan to arrive by 8:30AM to hand in your forms, grab some coffee, and/or collect your T-Shirt*. Come out this Mother’s Day Weekend in support of our PCC Moms and their families! Click here to register.
Step 2: Collect Pledges
We have T-shirts and food prepared for everyone who collects donations of $20 or more. Set a goal for yourself. Your goal might be to ask 20 people to support you, or you can decide to raise $500. The PCC is counting on $50,000 being raised at this year’s Relay in order to provide critical support services for expectant moms this year.
If you have participated in our Relays in the past, you can download the printable pledge form here. If you would like to utilize our promotional resources to help you in collecting pledges, click here to download them. We are excited to tell you that this year, the PCC has made it easier for you to collect pledges online. Additionally, pledges can be made online with a credit card or through PayPal. If you have never done this before, don’t worry we’ll walk you through it!

Click here for instructions on how you can create an Online Fundraising Page for the PCC. If you require help, please email us and we can set this up for you. Team up with your church, family, and/or friends to collectively raise $500 to support one family, $1000 to support two families, or $1500 to support three families for twelve months! This is a great way to ask your friends to sponsor you and raise awareness of PCC services at the same time. TIP: If you choose to create an Online Fundraising Page, share it on all your social media! See how to do this by clicking here. Let all your friends know that you are walking PCC’s Relay 2016 and that they can contribute to your fundraising goal.

In the past, individual participants have focused on reaching out to people in their family, friends, work, and church circles. However, in teaming up with even just 1 other person, you could double the family, friends, work, and church circles you are reaching out to. Additionally, we’ve made it easier for participants this year to reach out to their Facebook friends, and Twitter Followers. If you had a team of 3 and all 3 of you were to share your Online Fundraising Page on Facebook & Twitter, you would be tripling the amount of people you are reaching out to for pledges! This is a great way to ask your friends to sponsor you and raise awareness of PCC services at the same time. TIP: If you choose to create an Online Fundraising Page, share it on all your social media!
If you will not be collecting pledges, you are still very much welcome to walk in the Relay. A donation towards the food is greatly appreciated.
Step 3: Walk, Jog, or Run 5 km
Bring your running shoes, pledge form, and collected pledges. Our relay will be taking place (rain or ‘shine) on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Plan to arrive by 8:30AM. Finish off the morning with a free* BBQ, T-shirt, and prizes (*participants who raise $20 or more receive free lunch and a T-shirt). Don’t forget to bring out your friends and family!
