Keynote Speaker: Dr. Scott Miller
Including Men in the Conversation: The Impact of Abortion on Fathers and Families

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Scott Miller as our keynote speaker. As a pregnancy centre, we are committed to supporting women facing unplanned pregnancies while recognizing that men also play a vital role in pregnancy decisions and family well-being. Ensuring that fathers understand the support available to them is an important part of nurturing healthy relationships and thriving families.

Dr. Miller will share insights into the often-unseen effects of abortion on men and the importance of creating space for healing, restoration, and hope. His unique perspective invites us to consider how supporting fathers can ultimately strengthen women, children, and families as a whole.

Dr. Miller holds a Doctor of Ministry degree focused on healing fathers of aborted children and has dedicated many years to serving as an addictions recovery chaplain. His research and ministry have brought hope and healing to countless individuals seeking restoration after loss.

Support Women & Families Today

Because every life is wonderfully made, your generosity helps women and families access pregnancy support, parenting resources, material assistance, and the hope of the Gospel. Every gift ensures that a woman facing an unexpected pregnancy receives compassionate community support, empowering her to move forward with hope and confidence, knowing she is not alone and that abortion is not her only option.

“Eleven years ago, as a new immigrant to Toronto, finding out I was pregnant felt completely overwhelming. My family was back home, I had just started my nursing career, and my partner, Billy, and I were facing intense financial uncertainty. We seriously considered abortion; it felt like our only option. Walking through their doors [PCC Toronto] changed everything. The staff provided us a safe space of compassion and prayer, and shared our options with us. The PCC didn’t just provide us with practical support; they gave us emotional support and the community we desperately needed. Today, we have absolutely no regrets. That first pregnancy gave us our daughter Dorothy (11), and our family has since grown into a joyful household with four beautiful children. Looking back, I am filled with overwhelming gratitude for the PCC.”
