The Pregnancy Care Centre is excited to be a Ride for Refuge Charity this year! With the launch of our new Campus Outreach project in the fall of 2017, we want to give YOU more opportunities to get involved!
This year, the Pregnancy Care Centre is launching a new Campus Outreach program to support students who want to make a difference on their campus.
Our vision is to help students create a community where a pregnant student can feel supported and loved on campus. Carrying her pregnancy to term does not mean she has to give up her education.
Love for Christ and love for human life are the foundation of the Pregnancy Care Centre’s mission to extend help and hope to those in unexpected pregnancies. Over the past 34 years, the PCC has supported over 5000 women and men in pregnancy decision making.
Many students deciding between abortion or giving birth feel isolated, afraid and alone. We don’t want anyone to believe that abortion is their only option.
In the fall of 2017, we aim to have pregnancy support on downtown campuses in Toronto. Funds raised at this event will go directly toward PCC’s Campus Outreach Initiative. It takes $500 to see one woman through a year of pregnancy. Our Ride for Refuge goal of $25,000 represents the support needed for 50 women and their families.
Let’s show these students we care!
